Evaluation of ventilation upgrade to warehousing operation.
Ernst & Young International Headquarters: Design and tendering of mechanical fit-out services to prestige headquarters building, including auditoria, fine dining and computer rooms. Design of air-conditioning and ventilation, piped services and fire protection systems, including foam suppression.
Lloyds/TSB Call Centre: Site survey, design, tendering and on-site supervision of upgrade to existing air-conditioning for high density call centre operated by major UK banking group. New roof mounted air handlers, new distribution and fan-coil units.
District Heating Plant, Watney Market Estates: Detail design and project control at on-site stage for replacement in new location of 3 MW district heating plant including modifications to piped distribution systems. Commenting on Sub-contractor design portions.
Underground Car Park, Watney Market Estates: Detail design and project control at on-site stage for car park ventilation, sprinklers and updated fire engineering services to car park and apartments above. Designed for life safety. New life safety systems to fire-fighting stairs.
Multi-Storey Car park: Design competition for mechanical services serving new multi-storey car park including 3 levels below ground. Services included specialist fire safety ventilation and sprinkler systems.
Compaq, computer suites: Various projects including design, tendering and on-site supervision of new installation close-control air-conditioning and gaseous extinguishing systems (FM200 in this case) to 99.999% computer rooms, comms rooms and associated office accommodation.
